Assault

Police are investigating an assault on a cyclist. The offence occurred at 09:00hrs, Wednesday 24th September 2025, between the St Peters School footbridge and the Pearly Cow restaurant, Botham, York, YO30 7DH, 

Three unidentified males were in a white, Mercedes, Sprinter van, registration KU61KXR. The cyclist was sprayed by an unknown liquid that caused skin irritation as he passed the van on its nearside.
